HAPPY NEW YEAR!!!!!
The year of 2016 has begun and I am in shock that it has occurred. 2o15 was both insanely fast and unusually slow at the same time. Many things happened. I started working again after my little "mommy hiatus". My family and I moved back to Austin where both my husband and I have started paving our career paths here in Central Texas and our son has learned to love all things tacos. And more on a personal note... our little family bought a HOUSE. Yep, homeowners. Yep, scary. We were able to find a sweet little home in a great area outside of Austin in the suburbs.
Since my last post, back in November, a couple of things have happened. I was lucky to be in another Rooster Teeth Short, "How to Survive if You Don't Like Star Wars", which I absolutely adore and hope you do as well. Check it out in the video below.
More news, I was incredibly fortunate to be cast in a local independent film,
God Made Man, with some award winning filmmakers and dear friends. I could not be more thrilled to be a part of this amazing cast and unique story and to work with some hardworking and talented crew. My shoot days have already come and gone. It was fast, furious and fantastic. As more develops after the final wrap I will be posting more about the film here and in other social media sites. Below is a little sneak peek still.
The holiday season was lovely and I am sad to see it already gone. However, a lot of things need to be done, updated and posted. More to come with new projects and I would like to start developing a blog post a month devoted to entirely of 'Nora' fan art, so stay tuned for an announcement about that soon.
Hope y'all had a great end of the year and here's to a new year with new adventures!
Thanks for stopping by y'all!
